Default Balded Screw, GRRRR

I wanted to take the exhaust off my R6 today. And I put them in too tight. I rounded them out pretty good. I already tried a wrench and all that. The nut is in their tight. Any advise on to get it out?

fine flame blowtorch

... seriously, flattening with a metal file and use a racheting vice grip to get extra tight grip, then haul and push for all you're worth

Use a small hand-held torch and heat the bolt... differences in temp will allow it to break free (and loosen up any loc-tite thats on the threads).
