So a Col. in the Army is talking to his Secretary when the secretary looks at him and says "Sir, the Barracks door is open." The Col, not understanding what the secretary was talking about, turned and walked back into his office. A few moments later, after realizing his secretary was refering to his fly being down, walked out and asked, "Ma'am, when you mentioned the Barracks door was open, did you notice the soldier standing at attention?" "No" She replied "But I did notice a disabled veteran laying on two sandbags."

 

But a good one nonetheless!
