yeah, i mean it works for me on other server...but this one is giving me problem..bt if i type interatively on cmd promt it works ;(

Rights is one thing that comes to mind. Make sure you have appropriate rights to the files in question.

The only thing I can think of is that what you have in the batch file doesn't actually match what you're typing in interactively.
