I've seen a lot of minivans that have been modded like that. All from asian countries. They'll mod anything won't they.

See, we've all been wrong. From the lettering on the back its a "musme" maybe thats asian for "museum".

If all the pics of girls on the van is any indication, then what that vehicle really is is a rolling burlesque (sp) house. Note the platform on the back for workers to come out and strut their stuff.

It also says "Second House", so the first one must be nearby working the crowd while this one takes a break.

 

Well, Morning Musume (written on the back of the van) is actually an all-girls singing group in Japan. They are popular among most Japanese, especially single males in their 30's and 40's. The owner of this van is probably one of those male fans who got $$$ to show his enthusiast and bad taste.
