I'd really like to see a definitive answer on future ramifications. I'd really hate to become a donor for the cash incentive only to have child support payments show up a few years later. Kinda counter productive IMO.

So far, everything on the matter of your man-naise seems to point to. "Your sperm is not your property, but it is your responsibility."

I knew a guy who did it. He got 200 bucks a pop. His sperm was for research, no impregnation. He said you weren't allowed to use lube because it could contaminate the sample. He said that when he tossed off at home he'd regret it because it was like "200 bucks down the toilet."
