beijing
So i will be studying in beijing this summer. Learning 2nd year chinese. Never been to China, dont really know what there is to do there. Anyone who has been or is from there have any suggestions or advice that i should follow?

Don't talk about you-know-what at Tiananamen Square
learn some Chinese...no one and I mean no one speaks English, not even at American hotels or banks...

besides, japan is a much bigger issue for them than taiwan...
