that night vision feature is a bit defeated at 114mph in such a heavy car. You will know you are going to hit the deer, but not in time to keep from doing it.

Dont say its like a Lazyboy, now everybody will want one

Oh, does it have a place to put the remote. Maybe you could get the game on the display and watch football and drive at the same time. Then call a friend on the cell to say "Whatzzzup!"

I can just see all of us at a Caddy meet when we're all old. Bet we'd still be modifying our cars.

You know what gets me about Cadillacs, though? Why do they name everything in the car some stupid thing like "Northstar System", "Magnastar System", "Stabilitrak" or (my favorite) "CVRSS 2.0"? In the hands of GM, these just sound like things that will break early and often. Also, I think it diminishes the sophistication of the brand. GM is so damn clueless.

my dad has a 94' fleetwood brougham that he keeps showroom perfect.
last year for the mammoth RWD body style
that SOB RUNS!!
tuned port 350 moves that boat wicked fast, and on a trip
HE GETS OVER 40 MPG!!!
something to be said for momemtum.
handling is slow
breaking is slow
top speed is governed at 112 (yes I know that to be a fact)

but for a trip, man you can be soooo comfy in the land yacht!

I always think of a hurst when someone says "Cadillac."

I prefer a boat in the water not on the road.

Rowland,
your FDR quote- I'm a herpetologist and specialize in venomous reptiles and education, that's the kind of quote I battle to teach people is wrong every day!
I understand the premise, but the expression is pretty wrong, I work with Rattlesnakes EVERY day, they're one of the most misunderstood animals on the planet.
Subject of unbiased hatred and fear simply because of what they are and what people don't know about them. Sad thing is, most people could care less about them. To most they aren't even an animal, just a "snake" and out to kill every human it sees.

[i]GM is so damn clueless. [/B]
They just happen to be the biggest and richest car company in the world. You may not like GM products (how about that georgous Aztec!) but you can't really say they don't have a successful business strategy.

So what are those features called on any other car? Those goofy names really stick in your mind. Anyone not know OnStar? And what are any of the other brands of in car assistants?

I'd like to be so "clueless" when I'm reading my bank statement.
