I thought I saw a white S2000 with the unique black stripes that Ben's has, and custom wheels (like ben's) in the ariel scene at "drag wars".???

I didn't read any of the other "fast & Furious" Threads, so I appoligize if this has already been discussed.

Scot - movie was ok...

 

I only noticed the car twice, and both was out in the desert. one was the panning, left to right, kinda blurred, the other time was when the main character was checking in, a few moments before the other shot - giving money or something into the gate, Ben's car was about five cars back.

 

yep, that's ben's car. (i haven't seen the movie, but i remember that his baby was in it).

I saw the flick last night. Have to get the DVD when it comes out to see the S2k scenes. Didnt stay on the screen long enough.

Maybe the DVD will show more, sometimes they do. It appeared that there could be more to the S2000 story as it was being builtup to during the movie as the "special" car that the one group was building.

Maybe...?

 

That movie had the same formula as Point Break, except this time it's racers instead of surfers.

 

I saw the movie again tonight and made a point to look for Ben's car. I saw it twice...in the same spots everyone else did. When the Supra was checking in about 5 cars back and in the overhead panning shot of racewars.
One side note...when they are building up the Supra and all of the parts are everywhere. Look on the actuall turbo...there is a red sticker that says KOSW, which stands for King Of the South West. That is the famous Makr Tozer's(very fast supra guy) nickname. His shop, Suprastore(www.suprastore.com), actually built the entire engine for the supra and Universal rented it from them for a hefty price tag. Just FYI.

I looked for Ben's car, but totally missed it. I looked more carefully at the street race to see if he parked on the side or when everybody was fleeing. However, there were too many moving objects.
