none of them work. the key to abs is to lose weight. and the key to that is the do lots of cardiovascular exercises, and to decrease your daily caloric intake. after that, you can bulk up your abdominal muscles from good old fashion crunches and maybe some protein supplements. don't waste money on any of the machines. they're just marketing gimics. instead...LOSE WEIGHT, LOSE WEIGHT, LOSE WEIGHT...

Crunches work most efficiently. All those schematic machines are just worthless, but some replicate the crunches.

the key is lots. lots of water, lots of running, lots of sit ups. machines give you a different type of work out, they tend to do some of the work. the best work out you can get is when you do excercises your self with no machines.

it's true, you need cardio to lose the fat on top of your abs, then you need crunches to strengthen the ab muscles. if you have problems doing crunches on the floor, the best equipment to get is the balance ball. it reduces the stress on your lower back. that's what i would recommend.

There's a 6-sec ab machine, but I'm waiting for the 1-sec one. Heck, would somebody lift my legs for me or push me up to do crunches?

Seriously, so many stupid gimics out there and they are actually doing quite well.
So many lazy and gullable people out there looking for a quick fix.

I second the balance ball reccomendation for abs. If you find it's getting too easy then you can tuck a 5-10 lbs plate on your chest, under your chin. For lower abs trying hanging leg lifts.
