Matrix - That is great! Has the dog always been in you avatar or is that a new addition. I've never noticed before!

 

Thanks, I have always had the dog in my avatar...that one is my normal one. I have others, for example, I am a Steeler fan so I have an avatar with Maya in a Steeler helmet.

When I created that avatar, I started this thread.

She does look comfortable behind the wheel though .

DR. JEKYLL: There's no way an image as small as your avatar should be almost 5k in size. Take a look at matrix's avatar and you'll see that they can be much bigger, and still fit under 5k. I use Photoshop 5.5 with that add-on product for web image optimization, I think it's called ImageReady. I believe they since incorporated those features into Photoshop v.6 and above. It's amazing how much you can shrink the filesize with no noticable effect on the image.
