Best Central European Drives

Hello All,
I am staring a trip in April from Cannes, France to Frankfurt Germany. We have 4 days to make the drive. We planned one night in Maranello, Italy one in Zurich, and one in Nurburg, Germany. Any "must drives" from you European guys that we should not miss along that route? Don't want to go too far out of the way. We should have a new 3 or 5 series BMW to make the trip. There has got to be some great roads thru the Alps that we can hit. Thanks!
