Lat time I was at Costco, you could get the Norelco noise hair trimmer and an electric shaver for a pretty good price.

Stick a lighter near your nostril and light it....the hairs should curl and thin, eventually falling off. Since this happens really quickly, you won't even burn your nose...that much.
