My question is this: Why are there so many people listed as Enthusiasts who have publicly announced their plate numbers? I'm told the reason that only < 1000 of you have registered as owners is due to privacy issues regarding VINs yet you happily divulge your plate numbers.
I PM'd a member about my own reservations regarding folks identifying their LPs on the forums. I'd come to recognize that a lot of car pics would have their plates digitally screened. For the life of me, I can't understand why? The damn things hang off my car for the entire world to see...what's tha big deal? Enlighten me and I might have a reason to remove my posts on this and other threads...

I've got alot of ideas about a plate for my S2K..... 9GRAND.....UNEAK.....KB TOY.....00S2000.....UWISH............. My wife likes the KB TOY idea. KB are the initials of my name, and it's a play on Kay Bee Toys. I also have a secret one that I like, but I can't divulge it until I decide on whether or not I want to use it.....
