Best places to visit in Japan?

My friends and I, all want to go to Japan. What are the best places to visit for the motorhead... We want to see skylines...slivias...the works. And get killer deals on JDM parts. So is Toyko where it's at? Oh ya, and does anyone know is the house in The Grude actually exsits or is it just a movie set or is it not even in Japan?
