One time when I went for a drive to calm down, I ended up with a ticket. "Excessive speed" or something like that. Thank god he didn't get a radar lock on me!

Another thing I like to do is put in a CD with some high-impact music and really crank it.

When pissed off, the last thing I want to be doing is sitting in front of a compuer.

I was thinking of Counter strike too. But I usually play WII sports games to deal with stress or anger. There are a lot of anonymous rant websites like unleash your anger. Good luck...
