My nipples just fired off like missiles in opposite direction in search of pride for this car owner!

On Saturday, my wife and I went to REI. As we were getting out of our minivan in the parking lot, we were passed by a silver Porsche 911 RS with red wheels, red accents, and a red and silver wing.

I thought: Porsche rice rocket.

Sigh.

(Full disclosure: former Porsche 911S owner.)

those things aren't cheap either. i was on ebay checking prices and the spinners is saw were $12k for 4. then you got to add tires into the mix as well.

there's no accounting for taste, i guess.

The GT3RS comes like that from the factory, no mods there.

these cars are hidden until Classic weekend, then they all come out. I worked a valet job in the past during the Classic, and drove my fair share of 30in rims and donks. Owners are 99% assholes and I have yet come across one that actually drives normal.

You guys are completely missing the point. They do this to their cars to rescue people in the event of a floods. The 32 inch wheels are essential for high tide rescue missions, and the lifted suspension is for coping with added interior weight. That charger can easily support over two tons of passengers, and since the tires are rubber bands, the driver wont have to worry about getting a flat. These things are all crucial for a successful rescue mission. Very well thought out.

Also, spotted this beauty at a car show this past summer:

I honestly never thought I would see an african american driving a car with John Deere plastered all over it :/
