so this is something that somebody needs to explain to me: how is it even possible to rape a male student without the said student having some kind of agreement to, you know, get the blood flowing? it's not like you can force an erection, at least i didn't think it was possible...

 

^ Statutory rape. Even if he wants to do it, it's still rape.


And, in regards to your other point, I'm fairly certain that it's possible to coerce an erection from someone even if they don't want to have sex. Hell, at that age, a stiff breeze can cause an erection.
