curious as to who would be at fault regarding the contact between the truck and the bike.
at first it's simple to say that it's the bikers fault since he initiated the crash.
but an argument can be made that the truck made no attempt to avoid the bike at all.
then theres the point of the bike being in the wrong lane in which the truck had the right of way.

how is it the trucks fault. if im driving a beater truck and i see that happen, i tatooing that bike, hitting it head on and running it over. what a focking moron.
