is the apexi electronic boost controll a good boost controller if you are just going to run at a boost lower than 15psi? if not what is good?

 

yea, it's good.
Doesn't matter how much boost you're running.

 

It is, however, much more complex than a regular boost controller because it does more. If your're just looking for a boost controller you should look at the Greddy Profec (A or B... doesn't really matter. They've been around awhile and I've never met anyone that had one that didn't like it or had any problems with it.
