Bought a Compaq w/ 19" VeiwSonic for less than half that and it is great! Sounds like a lot of work and money, but if that's your thing, cool.

I am going to build a new computer in the next few weeks. I am going for dual processors,raided serial ata and 4GB RAM. Othen than that I may use your parts list for inspiration :-)
