Ya but you can drive the S immediately but you have to let things settle with the cans. Mess with them too soon and you'll have an ugly set of cans.

I've seen it.... sucks. I had a lady that "had to service my man" the night she got out of the hospital i.e. still recovering from the augmentation surgery. She returned and they were all crooked.
