I know most of you probably aren't big NASCAR fans but I thought I'd share anyway. My sis gave me a pair of tickets to the Food City 500 this past weekend. A friend of mine and I headed up Sun AM and had a great time. It really is an incredible venue!

Cool Mack! I just watched part of the race on TV (until SV played the Daytona 24-hr recap! ) While not a NASCAR fan, I do enjoy watching the races and certainly respect the talent these guys have to drive 600hp 3500lb cars on 8" wide tires. Thanks for the pics!

Been there,done that - it's noise. Bristol is the loudest track on the NASCAR circuit. When there's only one car on the track, you cannot talk to the person beside you. When there's 43 - you can't hear yourself think unless you have some ear protection. Normal headphones don't work, you need ones that have noise protection. IT"S LOUD!!!!!
