If you have the money you can rent anything. Your age only keeps you from renting at there normal rate, under 25 then they will just charge you more. The sales person isn't the one to blame, all he did was rent it to her. Certainly isn't his responsibility to find out if she can drive or not. He just needs to see a license. Just goes to show that money and fame doesn't help you with intelligence.

I liked Jay Leno's comment last night after describing the incident. He said that it was a good thing Britney and the Ferrari each had two airbags.

In case you guys missed the Jay Leno crack on Britney Spears last night.

Leno said Britney was unhurt because both 'she and the car were equipped with
dual airbags...'

BTW, I posted the article to the Ferrari guys, I got one "thank you thank you thank you" response, and I wondered why. The guy stated that she was heading into his dealership to look at a Ferrari for purchasing later on this week and now he knows what to do. =)
