She did that while performing a shoulder throw?
I train in Ninpo Tai Jutsu. We have our own name for everything, but no, it wasn't a shoulder throw. It sounds like the Ninpo equivalent of tai-otoshi, a very basic hip toss. I don't think she was mentally prepared to throw him and compensated for his size by leaving her body, and his body, static while trying to shift her hip around his by expanding her base. Her legs were too wide to support him and he flopped over onto her leg. Ick, I just had a cringe.

Yeah, at 5'8" and a buck fifty, I too prefer to throw small children and high school girls.

After five years, I am lucky I haven't broken anything. I have, however, had my right arm hyper-extended so many times that there is always a tinge of discomfort in the elbow.

Hey, have you guys found that if you miss a day or two of training that you become a very unpleasant person to be around? I find myself impatient and irritable if I don't get my regular dose of punishment.
