cool article....i guess i missed your post as i've been checking out the unofficial "hotties "sections! boy, off topic is getting a bit steamy!!!!......this particular bug is pretty famous as the edsel ford car but it is a type 35a which the factory called the "tecla" or cultured pearl...the english called it the "boy racer"..it had the same chassis and body as the full grand prix car but was equipped with a detuned touring engine with a plain bearing crankshaft and carbs as opposed to the full roller crank with the roots blower. it was considered the hot item for rich dads to buy for their ne'er do well sons.....
