Are you kidding me? First of all that was when he was governor of Texas and he was goofing around before they started filming something. Seriously what the 
do you expect of your president? For him to never show signs of actually being human? It really pisses me off how everyone lets clinton a chick during his presendency yet Bush makes a joke and suddenly he's being inappropriate.
