khuezee I've worked at several Chinese restaurants throughout school and I have a lot of friend and relatives who own Chinese restaurants. I'd say almost all of them have been very successful. The owners can easily make 6-digits annually, but if you don't have any culinary experience in Chinese cuisine. I'd advise you not to try it, especially if you've never worked at a Chinese restaurant. It's not as simple as it may appear. By they way, "most" of these restaurants pay their employee under the table so healthcare benefits, 401K and pensions are definitely out of the equation. There's a local Panda Express here next to Walmart and it's always busy. They must net mucho $$$. Come to think of it, Panda Express follows Walmart stores around; there's usually a Panda Express in every Walmart plaza.
