I know we have a fairly diverse board and was wondering if anybody works in the Business Continuity / Resiliency area, either on the IT or business/functional side.

I've interviewed for a position and will be making an internal job transfer to my Firm's (NY Money Center Bank) Continuity Group. I do not have any background in this area and would like to read up on subject.

Anyone have any recommended reading on scenario planning, testing strategy, or just good general background material.
