I liked buying it - spending $4500 for a new furnace three months later wasn't as much fun

What the hell, if you're lucky it'll appreciate fast and you'll have some equity. Mine's gone up 70% in value in three years (based on conservative estimates).

It's great. IT's the American dream. I found nothing negative about it. Mine has almost doubled in value in 2 years and so I'm living in a nice place for free essentially, acutally it's negative cost in the end. I have my own space and I can do whatever the hell I want.

Over 10 years if you loose 10% of the value of your home you approximatly come out loosing about what rent would have been, but you still gain equity so you almost can't loose.

Moving into my house tomorrow.... To be honest I was more excited when I finally finished installing the turbo on my car ......
I think it is a good thing... a large commitment but it is the right thing to do.... I finally feel mature and grown up

I just bought a nice new house....

I think buying a house is a bad idea...

RENT!

It's a waste of money and gook luck being able to save up for anything....oh yea, and you'll make money .... in like 10 years! Figure how much you have put into the house at that point ..... It's not that great.

Yea, I felt like that for a day........then I reliased that society has been tricked into signing over there lives to the Federal Gov. Sorry to burst the bubble...only took me a month to see the truth of it all.
