Default Caffeine Withdrawals...
My work schedule is Tuesday - Saturday.

Every Monday, I get this terrible headache.

I realized it must be from caffeine withdrawals.

Anyone else experience this?

This is total BS. How can I break the cycle.

It's 3pm here and I just drank a cup of coffee...it's subsiding...but not even Tylenol helps. Fawk this.

i was a 2-3 cup of coffee a day type , with the soda at lunch and occasional monster or sobe in the afternons... yeah... lotta caffeine.

i quit cold turkey and never had a headache or anything

the only way rid you of it is to ween yourself down to an intake of zero or so little that missing it on mondays does not create a withdrawl effect
