Calling for chiropractors, orthopedists, etc.

I've always had back problem (minor scoliosis) and I've found that a nice foam bed and exercise help alot. After lifting weights for a while my back problems went away almost completely. I still have problems occassionally but it's usually due to not stretching enough before heavy lifting, etc.
I used to have some scoliosis as well, and used to get terrible head and neck aches right near the base of my skull. exercise definitely helps, but if the vertibrae have been out of alignment for a long time, they tend to stay that way. I highly recommend finding a good chiropractor and getting some treatment.
Ask around and find yourself a chiroprator. If you don't find relief after two visits go find another one. I was distrustful of the art until my eyes were opened by positive results!
The one that I found in Sacramento has done wonders on a 5 year old pinched nerve, assorted muscle weakness/tightness, back pains, etc etc. I average about one visit every 4 months ($40/visit) and he is worth every penny (it took him 3 visits to fix my pinched nerve numbness).
