Default Calling on Mechanical Engineers

I know that there are plenty of Mechanical Engineers on this board.

Here's my proposal to you, I have a patent on the redesign of the ubiquitous pneumatic/hydraulic actuator. A different geometry and approach.

Come up with an application where you work or elsewhere, get it licensed and you'll get 10% royalties for the life of the licensing agreement. So for instance $1MM/year in licensing, you will get $100k/year for 17 years until the patent runs out.

Come up with your own derivative patent based on mine, and I'll grant cross licensing.

You can check it out here:

Patent# 6,863,260

I also have some marketing collateral I had put together to help explain application. Your guys thoughts?

Peter

Sorry, you don't have to be an ME, just come up with applications. I've already got some applications, but mostly automotive aftermarket. I need the experience of others in other industries to take a look at how this would apply to their industry.

I just want to see the potential applications grow.

I can't see the drawings at work but I have a possible application. We use a few hundred a year and the industry uses thousands for the application I have in mind. Will PM if/when I see the drawings and find them suitable to the application.
