Default Can mods totally delete a thread?

I was in a mood to be annoying and bump some really old but classic threads from back in the day and can't find them like they are totally gone.

The "cousin I hug the most" thread and Vladimir L's "post ur favorite watch" gif thread. I freaking LOVED that one.

They're either still there & your search efforts are a tad off or they got moved to the dumpster a long time ago. When a thread gets "moved" you have the option of leaving a trail behind or not.

An example would be a thread that gets moved to Politics - there is a trail leading paying members to that forum to continue typing until they're blue in the face. The other method moves it without a trace.

No, I am sure it is gone.

I always got a good laugh out of the gifs and the taunting of Vlad so I tried to look for it and did a search of "all posts by this users" under Vlad account and it just does not exist any more.

That was one of the funniest thread ever. RIP.

If my memory isnt horrible as usual, there is another area that the thread can be moved to and not searched by available functions.
Aka the review area for mods.

Truly a classic!

That said, I've had a thread evaporate. It was moved to the trash heap when I was earned my Vice President of Banishment title (a title bestowed by the Ohio IAA crew). Wasn't too bad. I was only banned for a week and I was in St. Lucia for most of it.
