Can someone resize this pic for me?

I tried but it still keeps coming out too big. i need it to be no bigger than 150x150 and it can't be over 10.0kb

By the way, what did you do? I was using IRfanview but the filesize was still too large. If I were to keep going down the image would be to small to see.

just resized it using windows powertoys... simple as right click, resize pictures, set it to fit a 150x150 screen and thats all
