I'd be kinda worried about that. Rather than take a pic, I'd probably tell somebody....

 

All that is is a cover isn't it?

Of course if they forgot to tighten the cover you have to wonder about everything else.

It's pretty safe to fly it like that. The covers are there to obviously protect the components but really to reduce the drag. Flying like that would probly have them return to the airport, though it isn't necessarily an emergency.
