Are these sites legit for what they say? One is the main recruiter for Formula D and HIN so it sound legit anyway.

My friend got sponsored by carsponsorships. He had to pay $80 for the sponsorship, and all he got for free was decals! Carsponsorships.com basically works by:
Pay $80, get $500 in savings via coupons!
That's the "sponsorship" they're talkinga bout. You don't get stuff for free. NOt sure about the other one
