In fact by reading the questions you can influence the outcome based on how you answer them.
Back in college my buddy was working at FutureShop (indentical to BestBuy) and suggested I take the online test to see if I could work there for fun. I was already making plenty of money at that point working in IT consulting probably 60 hours/week in addition to classes. Annnnyway, I failed the damn test! I thought it was hillarious that they didn't think I could sell retail, know enough about technology or whatever.
The test you're going to take is probably the personality style. Over time it allows companies to look back at the high performers and low performers and determine if there are similar traits that can be recognized at the time of hiring.

Don't sweat it. It's not a test like you are thinking. In fact by reading the questions you can influence the outcome based on how you answer them.

Just, whatever you do, don't screw up the answer to #4. . .

#4 isn't too serious, it just determines if you get to keep the job or not.
If you miss it: it wasn't meant to be.

I read in Newsweek that 97.3% of people get #4 wrong.
