anyone know how the hoover is? my parents just gave one to me for my birthday this week and I haven't used it yet....anyone have this one or used it before?

I was just curious.....to see if they were any good...guess i'll find out for myself....i've been waiting to clean the carpets till after it's stops snowing :looksoutside: that might take awhile

I use the Hoover V2 (see above) every three months or so, and it does a fantastic job. We only have carpet in our family room, so it's not a big job, but it makes the carpet look like new again.

I'm sure there are other machines that are just as good, or better, but I did my research online and picked this one. I ordered at Sears online, and picked it up at our local Sears store.
