Default Celebrity Rehab on VH1

Celebrity Rehab on VH1 may the be greatest achievement of western civilization since the polio vaccine.

I must confess to a bit of jealousy. I don't have a particularly addictive personality and I frequently worry about and plan for the future. I'm a bit envious of people who can live in the momement without any regard to what tomorrow my bring.

Anyway, it's a great show with one train wreck after another. It gets my highest possible recommendation!

I saw a little bit of one episode, it didn't do a whole lot for me. However, I am not a fan of reality TV.
