I got a ticket the other day for "changing lanes too close to him." Cost me $100 and it says I can only pay with a certified check. Can someone explain to me what this is and what's the difference between this and a cashier's check? Thanks.

 

they are the same thing to the best of my knowledge... they are certified by the bank to be good...
