Well, my buddy that works for Comedy Central says the main reason he stopped "The Chappelle Show" was because of what they wanted him to do....since the "Rick James" skit was a hit, Comedy Central kept pushing him to do more with that character.

Basically exploiting the moment. Sounds like a typical entertainment move. Chapelle didn't want to do this....he wanted to do other skits, more characters and etc. He didn't want to be doing "Rick James" and the crack head dude until it wasn't funny anymore.

Comedy Central is actually going to air the skits that were completed for season 3 BTW. Looking forward to that I am.

Yeah, me too. I wonder if CC will "add stuff" to it (stand ins) and I wonder how Chapelle feels about it. Well, it doesn't really matter. I wanna see it anyways.
