i've been investing mostly in overseas mkt's but i wanna buy some Dow stocks.. which is the best & most affordable websites for a casual investor? thx!

scottrader.com is a good investor im only 17 and rockin my s2k, im trying to make more 2 get a phoenix yellow m3 but anyway its what my rich friend uses so i do what he does

Scottrade, E-trade, Ameritrade (which I use), Charles Schwab are all good. Many of these companies will have a very low fee for trades on some weird account and plaster that on their front page, but expect around $10 per transaction for your typical trade order. I like E-trade's stock & funds info overview.

My main peeve with these discount online traders is that you can't buy Fidelity funds through them

I have Ameritrade, but would like to switch to Scottrade cuz it's cheaper.
