Since the cats out of the bag, Why so much? you could just buy a C5 strip it down, and put a cool ass body on it for a lot less...I assume. I could be wrong.
I guess I have always had a thing for kit cars. Not the Lambo or ferrari knockoffs but something original on top of a serious sports car chassis. has anybody ever done this?

I saw the manufacturer's specs. I was just wondering if you had numbers to back up what you heard about the car being the fastest production car.

Much better looking than his previous offerings, and once sorted out they were pretty awesome performers. If this one has the structural integrity of the past models and no major bugs it will be a real performer. First I

well.. a stock 'vette weighs 3210 and runs anywhere from 13.0-13.5 in the 1/4 mile.. the Mosler MT900 weighs 2200.. that kinda gives you an idea of what kinda numbers it should be capable of.. after dropping 1010 lbs. (my guess low 12's possibly high 11's)i don't think it would be the fastest production car though..

car and driver posted the new 911TT 's 1/4 time in its high speed shoutout edition as 11.9 the fastest production car time i've seen.. but i believe Mclaren is still the fastest monkey in the cage
