that story is a hoax, Quagmire (Family Guy) knew about it when he was born...

 

I learned in sociology that sex is something learned, it's not something that you're born to know. There's a lot of things that we learn as we grow up without even knowing it!

I know it's stupid...but i didn't know what sex was until i was in 8th grade. everytime i saw couples on tv kissing, my mom would say, "never have sex before you're married!" so, i always thought that making out was having sex.
