Default Chili Cook-off at work today

6 chilis have been entered, and my ego and culinary prowess is on the line. Judging is going on right now I made a Cincinnati style chili which I am hoping will intrigue the judges typical chili palate

As a funny aside, we have been having bathroom problems this week and here is the email we received this morning:

Hello,

Please use the toilets sparingly until the construction of the septic line is complete.

Thanks

Wish me luck OT

I lost No biggie, the winning chili was fantastic.

My chili contained the usual ingredients minus tomato chunks. I also added in some cinnamon and chocolate as is customary. I had to throw beans in because it just didn't look right without them.

I can't wait to get paid to sit on the crapper all afternoon

Whoa, you mean like Skyline "chili"? I don't think most people are familiar with it.

The secret to good chili is the Jalapenos. I use pickled Jalapenos and pour in the juice.
