Here's one from gladiator:
After the first battle when Maximus is walking around outside in the army's camp. He comes up to a horse and behind the horse is a guy wearing jeans and t-shirt. I think he has a microphone boom too.

Well, I think the Braveheart oopsie happens when they meet the Irish... it's been so long since I've seen the movie... but I *KNOW* that the oopsie is there

There was a movie, I though but can't confirm it's Braveheart where an army attacks and if you look closely you can see some of the guys wearing sneakers.

This one is pretty obscure, but in the pearl harbor movie "Tora, Tora, Tora" one of the actors wears a Bulova Caravelle watch, which didn't exist in "41.
