there are only so many hotties in this city, can't be throwing rocks at the good ones
this section of road is about 1 mile from my place and i drive it regularly. I was on it twice yesterday. i'm usually top down. if i end up in the hospital with a head injury, you'll know why...
A 23-year-old Batavia woman suffered multiple skull fractures and nerve damage after a rock hurtled through the open window of a taxicab and struck her in the head early Sunday. The incident was the third in the same stretch of Columbia Parkway since June 2, Cincinnati police said.

A dude (or some dudes) are throwing rocks on a regular basis off a hill at passing cars. Any cars, not specific cars or people. About 10 reported, who knows how many who just kept driving. This girl was the unlucky one who got injured, most of the rest had minor damage to their cars.
