My type R is white and *had* black overspray on it from something.??? I called the body shop and luckily he mentioned Claybar like many of you guys use to remove bugs, etc....

WOW!!!! Once i realized i had to use the liquid to make it work (duh), it was awesome... took some primer overspray off my wife's monster truck also (i messed it up spraying my VW seat frames...(duh II))

Yeah, I used it too and was amazed at how much stuff it still picked up after I washed it twice. It made the surface so smooth after I was done. I wonder how often you're supposed to do it?

A huge-arse Toyota Landcruiser....thankfully the lease will end in about 6 more months. Way too big for my taste -but... it worked out that since she had spent sooo much $ on her car, i spent a decent amount on mine

Sometimes you really don't know the value of things until you use them.

You should probably only clay the car once a year, considering you will want to take the wax off the car before you get down to business.
