Sounds to me like people are making fun of CNN. Why don't you quit pi$$ing in the fire and raising a stink about nothing...

There is nothing funny about the shuttle loss, but the incompetence of CNN is laughable.

Sorry if I bruised some feelings with what I said, I guess since I work for NASA I may have been a little more sensitive than others may have been.

I really enjoy satirical humor, but sometimes a line is crossed where it looses its appeal.

My apologies to anyone who was offended. I would never post something like that in a thread that was dedicated to thoughtful reflection about a disaster. In fact, do a search on my name and check out what I posted in the other main Columbia thread. I think it will be more to your liking. I took this to be a joke thread, so I thought it would be ok. Of course, it always eases my mind to joke about death, but I know not everyone feels that way.

BTW W1ngman, I posted the exact same post in the other forum we're on, and there was no response of any kind. I guess it's a more mature group here to say the least.
