All NT4 and NT5 versions and all PCs running IIS ... Check to see if you're running IIS, if so you will need the patch otherwise I don't think it's necessary. Most PCs today with or without NT will be running IIS because it is essential for some software to work properly with some online devices. I definitely noticed a difference on the Internet this morning.
Some sites (like this one) were about the same, but many other sites, including some car-related ones, were missing, ran slow, or had links to blank pages.
Things started to improve by mid-day.
